Our health in our hands... అనే శీర్షిక మొదలుపెట్టి నేటికి నాలుగు సంవత్సరాలు గడిచింది. అనూహ్య స్పందనతో మనసుకు ఎంతో ఆత్మసంతృప్తి కలిగింది. అయితే ఈ శీర్షిక కేవలం తెలుగు భాష చదవడం తెలిసిన వారికి దగ్గరైంది. మరి తెలుగు మాట్లాడుతూ, అర్థం చేసుకునే ఎంతోమంది పాఠకులకు ఈ శీర్షిక లోని విషయాలు బోధపడటం లేదు. అటువంటి వారి వద్ద నుండి వచ్చిన అభ్యర్ధన మేరకు ఈ మన ఆరోగ్యం మన చేతిలో శీర్షికను, మన సిరిమల్లె ఎనిమిదవ వార్షిక సంచిక నుండి ఆడియో రూపంలో కూడా తీసుకొని వస్తున్నాము.

Now we are happy to announce that this column is now coming in audio form also so that it can reach more people who can understand Telugu but cannot read.
